Especially the construction of high-rise buildings causes people to live in these buildings and have workplaces in these buildings. So, how do we reach the high floors of these high-rise buildings? With elevators of course. When it comes to elevators, the first thing that comes to mind is the types of elevators we use in daily life. But the truth of the matter is not so. There are many types of elevators used in daily life or in various fields. Now let's examine the elevator types in question together.
 
Electric Elevators
 
The electric elevators, which work by moving the car in the desired direction by taking action through the command received from the control panel of the drive motor, move in common with the counterweight.
 
Hydraulic Lifts
 
Hydraulic elevators are elevators that work by means of a pump that drives the hydraulic fluid to a vehicle that affects the cabin and drives it electrically. In these elevators, the downward movement takes place with the own weight of the cabin.
 
Freight Elevator
 
They are elevators installed for use in places such as warehouses, parking lots, factories. The elevators in question work successfully under severe environmental conditions. Platform dimensions or motor powers of the freight elevators built for the purpose of carrying cargo are determined. It is designed considering the most difficult conditions of the buildings where it is installed.
 
Stretcher Lift
 
The elevators that enable patients to be transported in a healthy and comfortable way are stretcher elevators. The elevators in question have a carrying capacity of up to 1600 kg, 2000 kg and 2500 kg. The most important difference of these elevators from other elevator types is that they have a privileged, comfortable and reliable structure.
 
Disabled lift
 
It is a type of elevator specially designed for the elderly, disabled and wheelchair users.
